I playing in the Green Chili vs. Red Chili mash-up this weekend. It was super cold and windy, but it was awesome to be back on my skates again :)

From Jawbreaker Jett to Toxic Shock when I transfer to Duke City. 

I just feel that no one knows that my nickname was Jett (Bridgette= Bridjett) so it really just seems kinda lame…but there is already “Toxic Shocker” and “Toxic Shock Syd.” on Two evils national derby name registry, and I’ve been called Jawbreaker Jett for 2 seasons now :/

SO proud of this block. She tried to go behind  me again in the next jam that we started on the jam line and got the same result, my ass in her way!

My team totally smashed South Central Roller Girls on saturday! I was really proud of the way I played. We used our heads and played smart. They seriously could not get passed our walls. 161 vs 68

I stayed on that jammer like white on rice! Such a great bout. We lost by 24 points, but seriously was the best strategy I’ve ever seen my team play. 580RG until the wheel fall off!

Got my picture taken. The girl was a newbie at this whole photo thing, but other than editing the death out of them, I like em. 

Scrimmage last night was awesome. I successfully executed 2 well thought out plays and held back and bridged when necessary instead of being over aggressive like normal. I can see my team growing so much and playing smart. Super excited about this next season.
